REFUND POLICY
Our intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with our services. All payments, and deposits are non-refundable once processed.

LATE ARRIVALS
We do our best to respect our guest's time and to be prompt with every appointment. Please arrive on time. We realize sometimes plans may be delayed, however, if you arrive 15 minutes late an additional $15 charge will automatically be added to your service total. If you happen to be more than 15 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule or cancel in order to honor our next client's appointment. Rescheduled appointments are subject to a 50% deposit.

CANCELATIONS
We value your time as our guest and set aside time exclusively for you! Therefore, we require 24 hours notice of your intent to cancel your appointment in order to accommodate others who wish to be serviced. If you schedule an appointment (in person, on the phone, or online) and we do not hear from you to cancel, we will assume you're coming. An appointment modification to remove a service is considered a cancellation and also requires 24 hours notice. Cancellations or modifications made inside of the 24-hour window are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service. No call/No show appointments will be banned from future booking. Please ensure we have the correct phone number and email address on file so that you can receive appointment reminders.

PAYMENT METHODS
The remainder of your service amount is encouraged in cash. Unruly does except both major debit and credit cards but please keep in mind that sales tax will be added when using other forms of payment. Signature and ID are required with all card transactions. Cash gratuities are greatly appreciated.
CARE-FREE & KID-FREE
We want you to enjoy a carefree experience while you visit Unruly Beauty. Due to safety considerations, limited seating and the comfort of our guests, children under 12 are not allowed at Unruly Beauty.
BEAUTY BAR ETIQUETTE
- GUESTS
In order to maintain a relaxing environment for our guests, our Beauty Bar/service areas are reserved for only those guests being serviced. Those not receiving service are not permitted beyond the lounge or bar area.

- NO CHILDREN
Unruly is a kid-free Beauty Bar. In order to provide a safe, relaxing and carefree experience, children are not permitted in the Bar. Guests arriving with young children will be asked to reschedule and will be subject to our cancellation policy.

- CELL PHONES
Please be considerate of others by silencing your cell phone during your service and limiting your phone use during service. Phone calls may be taken outside.

WALK-IN POLICY
We do not take walk-ins, however, we do book same-day appointments. Go to our online booking portal, or call before 12pm to check for available openings.
